I hope everyone has had a good transition into the year 2015! If you've come up with some new year's resolutions, here are a couple tips that should help you follow through:
I could go on, but those are what I see as the most important points. Be sure to comment if you have more to add :)
It can also help to share your resolution(s) with others. I am personally a huge fan of setting at least one new year's resolution each year. This year I've challenged myself to accumulate 3.65 million steps ( 10,000 steps a day). To keep track of my progress, I'm using an activity tracker and I'm going to update my daily steps to a Google docs spreadsheet.
Welcome to the Mind Zone blog! In general, this blog will be written in a rather informal manner about topics related to the fields of sport, exercise and performance psychology. This could include an article summary, or different techniques/exercises I like.
The majority of the posts will be written by Anu Nässi (that would be me), and one of the aims is to give you some insights on what is going on in my business life. Also, I'll try to get in some guest bloggers from time to time.
I will never post about individual athletes or teams unless I have permission to do so. I will also try to include some pictures when possible, to add some colour to my posts!
The blog will cover topics in the field of sport, exercise and performance psychology!
